This is the single point of entry for every new engagement. File the intake card on the closing sheet below, or reach the office by mail, telephone or post. We read each card in order and answer inside two working days. Engagements are taken under the computer integrated systems design ledgers listed on the services folio and are bound by the terms recorded on the legal pages.

What happens after I file an intake card?
The office reads the card on the next working day. If the request matches a posted service ledger we reply within two working days to arrange a scope sheet call. If it sits outside our work we say so plainly and, where we can, name another office that serves that need.
How should I describe my project in the message?
Name the systems you run today, the problem or ambition in one paragraph, the timeline you have in mind, and the person who can approve a scope. Six clear sentences are better than a long essay.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
There is no fixed floor. Practical engagements are the ones worth a written scope sheet. We will tell you honestly on the first call whether a project small enough to finish in a day is better filed through direct mail.
Do you work outside the United States?
LSJ Consultation, LLC is a United States company that aligns its record keeping and privacy practice with United States law. Requests from abroad are considered, but the engagement remains subject to the terms on the legal pages.
